KnoWEwell® Partners with eFundYourHealth

KnoWEwell®, the online Regenerative Whole Health™ community and marketplace, announced its partnership with eFundYourHealth this week. eFundYourHealth, a non-profit organization, provides funding, lodging, and expertise for those who need financial assistance when seeking nonconventional, integrative treatments not covered by insurance.
“We seek to partner with organizations such as eFundYourHealth who align with our mission,” said KnoWEwell CEO Kimberly Whittle. “Health insurance may not cover all alternative health treatments. eFundYourHealth offers the opportunity for everyone to be able to receive the treatments they desire. We’re thrilled to partner with the organization.”
President and founder of eFundYourHealth, Phyllis Johnson, established the organization after her son was healed of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis using alternative treatments and therapies. Originally called the Crohn’s Colitis Nutrition Foundation, eFundYourHealth allows people of all economic levels to access integrative medicine. After being referred to eFundYourHealth by a practitioner, the patient can build a crowdfunding campaign and raise money through family and friends. eFundYourHealth then solicits grant funds from corporations and passionate survivors, thus enabling patients to raise enough money to receive treatment. It becomes a team effort to raise funds and receive the holistic healing care patients are seeking.
