Somatic Movement + Sound

Join Rob and Lauren for an afternoon of movement, release, and rest. We’ll start with some breathwork to open our energy channels, adding in somatic movement and vocal toning to target areas in the body that have stuck or heavy emotions stored and help release them, and then end with a loving and supportive sound bath to help integrate and restore balance to your being.

Each participant will be supplied with a yoga mat and blanket. Please bring any additional supports you would like for your comfort (blankets, pillows, bolster, eye pillow, etc).

Current public health safety protocols will be observed. Please use the practice of personal accountability, as far as health goes prior to the event.

Investment: $45 Advanced Registration Required. Advanced registration and payment is required to secure your space at this event. Registration is limited to 20 participants

Doors will open 15 minutes prior, please arrive early to allow time to check-in and get settled. Doors will close promptly at the starting time of the event. Ample FREE parking is available onsite.
