1. Be REAL

Be real, we don't want jargon. We’re looking for practitioners and professionals who walk the talk.

2. BE CURRENT

Focus on a recent or ongoing success or endeavor. We’re looking for innovation--professionals who are committed to bridging the knowledge gap and who elevate their profession and the industry.

3. BE SPECIFIC

We want to honor experts that are accomplishing real healing and innovation, not merely laying the groundwork for future breakthroughs. In other words, real healing with tangible and quantifiable results. 

4. BE PRECISE

Details, details, details. Who did what, when, and how? How did the healing come about? What research, clinical trials, patient studies were performed? How big was the team? How long did it take? How much did it cost?

5. EMPHASIZE OUTCOMES

Tell us exactly what was accomplished and what the implications are--for your patients, your practice, the industry.  

6. BE DEMOCRATIC

Your work may have had its roots in the ideas, research, or success of others. If so, let us know who. 

7. TELL A STORY

Do you have a personal story that underlies or motivates your success? We would love to know what--or who--inspires you and your work.
