The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized person to assist our management team. The ideal candidate is a kind, friendly and confident self-starter who is ready to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done and an excellent communicator. S/he brings experience and knowledge to the work, but is also a constant learner who is flexible and able to navigate ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities and Duties
. Maintain calendar of collaborative partner events and webinars
. Assist with webinar platform; create PowerPoint presentations, monitor Q&A sessions, and provide feedback
. Assist with testing the Platform and its features
. Assist with establishing and maintaining a regular social media presence
. Participate in projects to the Platform and business processes
. Coordinate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integration across key systems
. Help and support other members of the team as necessary
. High school graduate or equivalent and currently working toward a bachelor’s degree.
. Basic use and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Strong attention to detail
. Open minded attitude and willingness to learn
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

This position will be located in New Jersey. Some of the work may also be done from a virtual office. This is a part-time, unpaid position, working approximately 25-30 hours per week. Flexible hours.
